Eligible candidates may submit their applications in all respects through Speed Post/Regd. Post only by 5 p.m. on February 25, 2024, along with a self-attested copy of their original certificates, mark sheets, and experience certificates, each with an attested photocopy, and a recent pass photo size photograph, along with the application form. Each post requires a separate application to be filed. Any applications submitted after the due date will be rejected. The details, as well as the application form, are available on the District Website www.nabarangpur.nic.in.

The above positions will be filled on a contractual basis for 11 months, with monthly remuneration as specified, and are subject to renewal based on performance and the program’s continuation. The selection will be based on merit. The chosen individuals must prepare to spend 24 hours a day at the Ashram caring for orphaned, abandoned, surrendered, or rescued youngsters. Their regular official holidays, as well as casual leave, medical leave, and maternity leave, may be offered by the guidelines. They will carry out their duties as given by higher officials from time to time.

Shortlisted candidates will be asked for an interview, which will include certificate verification, a written or computer test, and a personal interview. Candidates need to submit the following documents with their application forms:

• Self-attested photocopy of Secondary, HSC, Graduation, Post-Graduation, Computer Course or any other professional qualification certificate and Mark sheets. 
• One recent self-attested Colour Photograph (3.5 x 4.5 Size) should be affixed to the application form.

• Self-attested Police verification certificate. (If any)

• The Applicants are requested to write on the Cover of the envelop – “Application for the post of BALASHRAM, Unit-2, Majhiguda, Nabarangpur.” (It is mandatory).
• Self Declaration regarding non-involvement in any criminal activities especially child-related offences.
• For the post of House Mother and Helper-cum-Watchman, the candidates should submit an undertaking that she/he is willing to stay in Ashram with children for all the time during her/his job tenure except emergency leaves. There is less scope to go home.
